In the manufacturing of electromagnetic flow meter sensors, the welding base provides an important connection between the sensor body and other structural components. Its dimensional accuracy and welding quality can directly affect the reliability and service life of the finished flow meter.
01 — Material Preparation
The welding base is first prepared according to the required sensor specification.
Material, dimensions, thickness, and connection configuration are checked before machining and welding. Different electromagnetic flow meter sizes may require different welding base designs.
02 — Surface Preparation
Before welding, the contact surfaces are carefully cleaned and prepared.
Oil, dust, oxidation and other contaminants are removed from the welding area. Proper surface preparation helps achieve a more stable welding joint and reduces the possibility of welding defects.
03 — Positioning & Welding
The welding base is accurately positioned on the sensor body before welding.
During this stage, the position and alignment of the components are controlled to ensure that the welding base remains correctly located throughout the welding operation.
The welding process is carried out by trained production personnel using appropriate welding parameters for the material and structure.
