A well-organized production line is an important part of consistent flow meter quality.
At our factory, electromagnetic flow meters go through a dedicated assembly process before entering calibration and final inspection. Each production stage is arranged according to the structure and technical requirements of the instrument.
From Components to Complete Flow Meters
The assembly process begins with the preparation and inspection of key components, including the flow sensor body, lining, electrodes, flange connections, converter, and related electronic components.
After the components are checked, our technicians complete the mechanical and electrical assembly step by step.
Main assembly procedures include:
Sensor body and liner assembly
Electrode installation
Flange and connection assembly
Converter installation
Electrical wiring
Appearance and connection inspection
Focus on Every Assembly Detail
Electromagnetic flow meters are widely used for water, wastewater, chemicals, industrial process liquids, and other conductive media. Different applications may require different sensor sizes, lining materials, electrode materials, and connection configurations.
For this reason, the assembly process is not simply a standardized operation. Our production team checks the required configuration of each flow meter and completes the corresponding assembly according to the order specifications.
