Production starts with crafting the 300mm measuring tube using corrosion-resistant stainless steel or PTFE-lined materials,
ensuring compatibility with corrosive or abrasive fluids. Integrated excitation coils and high-sensitivity electrodes are installed,
with strict alignment to guarantee uniform magnetic field distribution. The signal converter, calibrated to process low-flow and high-flow data accurately,
is paired with the sensor, followed by assembly of optional remote display modules for real-time monitoring.
